I have a 3-license N-360 subscription and one license remaining. I just purchased a Galaxy S10e and have been led to believe I could install 360 on that as the third license. I followed the directions on the Norton support page but when I accessed my account on the Android phone and clicked on the "Download Norton" prompt, all that downloaded was Password Manager. So no malware protection, identity protection, and the other goodies that I pay a yearly subscription for. Sound right?
Thank you Peter. I have just redownloaded onto my desktop and thanks to a Norton support post I found how to change the location. Next I have to download to my new laptop. So your nformation may help me at that point. Thank you for responding.
One thing to note. As you mention a 3 device license, it sounds as if you are using the older Norton 360 product, that did not allow activation of mobile products. If this is the case, you need to contact Norton Support and ask them to help you upgrade to the newer Norton Security, or the new Norton 360 product line, that will allow mobile activations.
Hello KMU-1. Norton 360 doesn't run on mobile devices, you need the Norton Mobile app. You can activate it using the linked article under your Norton account.
