Norton 360 Plantinum

I am wanting some information the that green tick that was along each site address.
I ahve a desk top computer and laptop computer with the same Norton 360 Plantinum with Google search engine on both. Windows 10 Home edition HP Pavillion.

Now on my desktop computer google search I put www.coles.com.au.
The web searches are shown but at the end of each search I dont see that green tick.

But if I do the exact same on the laptop it shows the green tick on all websites I look up.

Now why it works on my laptop and not my desktop.
Can any tell me how to have that green tick along the websites on my desk top computer.

My last Norton sunscription Was Norton 360 Preium and the green tick worked on both desktop and laptop.
Can any one help me out and thank you in advance.

Thank you for your feed back but I am confussed as I have Norton 360 Platinum loaded on my desktop computer and laptop and also on my mobile.
On my desktop it doesnt show the green tick but on my laptop it does.
I have gone and uninstalled Norton complety from my laptop and reinstalled it again the same that is installed on my desktop and the green tick is there and on all 3 devices Im using GOOGLE as my search engine.

This is really annoying. It should support Google. Why would we use Norton safe search (Ask sponsored?) instead? This is why, I never bothered with that extension.

This is on my laptop computer but on my desktop computer I only have the one on the top right hand corner.
Im using Google Windows 10 Home Edition.

and by one on the top right…you mean ?
and by Google…you mean Google search engine?
maybe, Norton differs your location vs my location?

fwiw ~ my location:
Norton extensions are free…meaning not tied to a Norton subscription.
Norton Safe Web extension has stopped providing the ratings to all search engines except for Norton Safe Search.
