Norton™ 360 Platinum Dark Web Monitoring error after renewal

an issue I have encountered with my Norton™ 360 Platinum subscription.

After renewing my subscription with the assistance of a Norton agent, who added an additional year to my remaining 146 days (extending my subscription to mid-2026), I have been unable to activate the Dark Web Monitoring feature. All my data in the Dark Web Monitoring section appears to be locked, and I receive an error message when attempting to activate it.

I have already contacted Norton support, and the agents were unable to resolve the issue. They have escalated the matter to senior agents for further investigation. However, I have not yet received a resolution.

nothing works and its day 3 with all my data locked inside dark web monitoring and the tobe called senior team cant fix it, i can’t believe Norton now became a privacy concern i use Norton from 2003 and this never happen before all my CC and DC are in my dark web profile with no access from my side to edit to remove
