I have a Win 7 64-bit system running Norton 360 (latest version). Whenever I boot the pc I get a popup message that says:
There was a problem starting
C:\Users\Myron\AppData\Local\IsolatedStorage\HP\zelqof.dll
The specified module could not be found.
I googled "zelqof.dll" and this is known to be malware. I launched N360 and found that it did detect this malware, quaranteened it and removed the threat. Good Job N360!!!!!!
I now assume that the threat has been removed from my pc and I am out of danger. However, I still continue to get the above message everytime I boot the PC. If I follow the path as
described above, I get as far as LOCAL and inside of this folder there is no ISOLATEDSTORAGE folder. This, I assume, is why the above popup message is being generated. My
question is what do I have to do to have the above message stop being displayed?
