I recently upgraded to Norton 360 Premier Edition and since then I am having trouble opening applications using CITRIX. I can login into the Internet site for Citrix but I cannot open any applications. The CITRIX site is a trusted site in my explorer. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I am experiencing a similar/same issue. I am using Norton 360 5.1.0.29 after updating over the weekend. The error message is:
'Unable to launch your application.
Contact your help desk and provide them with the following information:
Cannot open the Citrix online plug-in.
[Error 1020: Open failed]'
