Norton 360 premier edition - Android App registration Sign in Does nothing!

So we have Norton 360 premier edition 3 users,  We have installed this on a Win 7 Laptop and Samsung Android tablet OK some months ago.

 

I have one spare licence count, just brought a Samsung S3 Smartphone.  So thought I'd use my spare licence count on that.

 

No mater how I install Notorn Mobile security.  From my Account/Google Play whatever. When I get to the point with the APP

on the phone wants to 'sign-in' to register the device. Nothing happens for a couple of minutes then I just get a blank screen which with a Norton heading and a options button toolbar which will not do anything!!!

 

All I can do is close the APP and when I restarting it asks me to 'sign-in' again.

 

Help please what are we doing wrong?

 

I do note the Licence count on My Norton Account has not changed and the Samsung S3 does not appear on the registered device page either in Norton Mobile devices or Manage My devices web pages.

 

So it's Obvious the registration is not working properly!

 

Any suggestions please?

I have Norton 360 Premier 3 users license. Two of the licenses are installed on 2 laptops.  I want to install the 3rd licence on my ANDROID Mobile device. Whenever I try to go through the available procedure it ends up asking me to "Start a Free Trial".  Otherwise it asks me to enter the Product Key.  However, on entering the Product Key it returns with the message "The Product Key entered is not valid for this product (-1002)".  What am I doing wrong?  I have been trying for ages but never managed to install on the Android device.  Please help.  Thank you.
