I updated Norton 360 Multi Device yesterday to Norton 360 Premier Version 22.5.0.124. I am unable to log into Identity Safe from neither the Norton 360 Premier program nor my browser (IE 11). I am however able to log into the Identity Safe website.
I just get an end around where I enter my credentials, and it ends back on the sign in screen.
I'm about ready to let my subscription expire and switch to something else...
