Issue abstract:
Detailed description: My Norton 360 app says that I do not have the Norton Safe Search extension installed–only the Norton Home Page. When I click the Install button, however, the Norton web page that appears shows that I have 3 extensions installed for Norton Safe Web, Safe Search and Home Page.
When I start the Norton Private Browser, it displays in the URL line “Norton Home Page.” The rectangle that used to appear saying Norton Safe Search does not appear for about 30 seconds. Am I dealing with a bug? This has just started occurring. I’ve done the Smart Scan and it doesn’t find anything.
