Would Norton 360 firewall perhaps block things like Google chrome and skype form downloading correctly cause when I download them it shows I have them but when I run the application it say program not found make sure you typed the name correctly.
Thank you for your time, lilrio

You can find the chat option on this web link.
Ok, just downloaded a trial version of Norton 360 for 90 days. I am pretty sure when I contact the support, something can be worked out with my NIS and me having norton 360.
I currently have 317 days left on my Norton subscription ( Norton Internet security) and I was wondering two things.
First, is there a download link to download a trial version of Norton 360 version four? I want to evaluate it to see how much different it is vs. Norton Internet security.
Second, if I do decide to buy Norton 360, can I transfer my Norton Internet security license with the remaining days to the Norton 360 product, or would I have to purchase Norton 360 all over again?

Welcome,
I know of no conflicts between 360 and those programs. I'd suggest that you turn the computer off, wait about 10 minutes and then restart it.
I am assuming that you ran the installers for those programs so that their icons are on your desktop.
Keep us posted
i am working with skype and have found out it is not
