Norton 360 rebate

Hi.

I purchased Norton 360 two days ago during which there was a rebate being offered for $40.  I've looked on the site for information about how to obtain the rebate, but I have been unable to find any information.  If it hadn't been for the rebate, I wouldn't have bought this level of protection; I would have gone with one of the less expensive options.  Please let me know how I can get my rebate.

As you will see from the link SoJ gives the system depends on where you bought the product.

 

Most places I buy from give me the paperwork when I buy or there is a form inside the box.

I visited the rebate resource center, but there was no form for the rebate that was being offered.  I bought the product directly from the Norton website.

Then I wonder if the rebate was already deducted from the billed price?

 

I don't suppose you can point us to the page where the $40 rebate was mentioned can you? The Rebate was mentioned on the same site as where you bought from Norton?

 

I've seen that sort of rebate in store advertising when the Norton Product was bundled with another product, especially a Tax Programme at this time of the year.

 

Could you check again with Customer Support since it is a commercial point that we don't and can't deal with in the Forums.
