Norton 360 Registry Cleanup

I am having issues with my Norton 360 PC Tuneup section.

Attention: The windows Registry could be cleaned by deleting broken entries.

When I click "fix now" it starts to scan the registry. However, it won't successfully complete the scan.

How can I resolve this issue?

Does it help if you run Registry Cleanup manually from the PC Tuneup section, and not by the Fix Now button? Or you can run it as a custom scan.

Do you have any other Security products installed? (like Microsoft Security Essentials)

If you have any, remove/uninstall it first.


Try these steps:

- Delete all files and folders from Windows Temporary Folder.

- Clear the prefetch folder.

- Restart the computer and run the Registry Cleanup again.
