Norton 360 renewal extension

Hi.

Norton has extended my subscription. Thank You, I however have purchased a Version with Norton Utilities at Christmas.

I would like to install this version when your extension in 20 days expires.

Me too. That's why I cancelled my online subscription renewal, and buy a new product on-sale most times cheaper than what the online renewal costs. I have been extended 3 months by Norton (free), so am waiting still another 20 days to get my new 360 and Utilities package installed. I got it at Staples in December 2023.

Download your Norton product purchased from a retail store
Applicable For: Mac;Windows

To install the Norton device security product that you purchased from a retail store or a third-party affiliated website, create a Norton account or add the purchased product to your existing account.

Add the purchased product to your account and install your Norton product

Your product key is a combination of alphabetic and numeric characters. It does not contain any special characters. 
If you purchased a boxed product online or at a local retail store, your product key is inside the box either on a sticker or printed on a card in the box or an order confirmation email. 

  1. Please visit norton.com/setup.

  2. On the top-right corner, click Sign In.

  3. If you are not signed in already, you will be prompted to sign in. Type in your email address and password, and click Sign In.
    If you do not have an account, click Create an account, and then complete the sign-up process.

  4. In the Get Started page, click Enter A New Product Key.

  5. In the Get Started page, type the product key and click >.

  6. Read the License and Services Agreement and click Agree.

  7. In the Annual Automatic Renewal Authorization page, update your billing address and credit card details.

  8. Click Agree and Download.

  9. Follow the instructions displayed to Run or Save the Downloader file.

    <p>Once the Norton installer is executed, your product is downloaded, installed, and activated automatically. Your device displays its current protection status and additional software can be installed from within your account.<br />

Steps to activate or renew using a product key purchased from a store ›

  1. Open your Norton device security product.
    If you see the My Norton window, next to Device Security, click Open.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • To activate your subscription, in the Norton product main window, click Activate Now.
    • To renew your subscription, in the Norton product main window, click Help, and then under Account information, click Enter Product Key.
  3. Enter the product key that you received from the store.

When you are using a new product key to activate, the remaining days with your current subscription do not get added to the subscription associated with the new key.

Norton 360 & Norton Utilities Ultimate are separate installs. 

Norton 360 Deluxe & Utilities Ultimate Bundle
These are two discrete products and can be installed separately. They will have their own subscription keys that have to be registered in your Norton Account.
