I'm a decade-old Norton Subscriber based out of India.
- My "Norton 360 Deluxe" subscription is going to expire in the month of January 2022.
- I keep receiving this popup to update my credit card information, but the billing information section under my account doesn't allow me to add a new payment method or edit the existing payment method.
- The link renew.norton.com in the information panel just navigates me to the Symantec home page.
- I know that the RBI mandate is the cause of the issue, but Microsft, Spotify, Amazon etc. are able to overcome this issue with UPI & Debit Card payment, but at Symantec, there is no option.
Please help me with my subscription renewal.
