Norton 360 Renewal not showing up on my account

I had paid Rs 3599/- to Symantec Corporation for the renewal of my Norton 360 Premium account on 03/11/2021. But the renewal status is not shown in my account. Transaction No. 4599565162092 to Symantec Corporation 14211634610IGAMIVOUSG8. The whole process is difficult and risky. I have now lost money also. Please refund if the renewal is not successful.

Norton Community does not have access to nor information about - user subscriptions - user payments.

In the year 2017, Symantec (a parent company of Norton at that time) completed the acquisition of the LifeLock company.  A couple of years later, in the year 2019, Symantec went apart from Norton to join Broadcom Inc.   At the same time,  Norton and LifeLock became one company: NortonLifeLock Inc.
