Yes, there is an entry with “nllMonFlt” one second before the critical event. This is an overview of my log:

Maybe there is a connection to Hyper-V??

In the meantime Norton support has received my debug log files.

I have also disabled Windows Quick start and the energy saving option of my network adapter - maybe this is useful.

@Andre_Korb My log looks exactly the same if filtered to 41.

I found an entry in Norton history that matches the date/time stamp shown in the earlier screenshot for event ID 41. The lower bottom rectangle shows nllMonFlt as the cause of the critical power issue. As posted earlier I also ran the support tool and submitted all necessary Norton and Windows logs for review.

Edited: The worst part of it all is this happened overnight and no one using the computer. Multiple times.
