Secure VPN Turn On + Auto-Connect On appears to connect okay after machine restart. 

Note: Network status (pic snip after machine restart). 
Network status reports NortonSecureVPN - No internet access after machine restart.  
- after some time Network status reports NortonSecureVPN - Internet access. 

Note: Network status seems to play catch up with Secure VPN Turn On & Off status. 
observed Network status report lag wired & wireless 
Just me? 
Just cosmetic?

My Network adapter icon/button seems to react faster with my 3rd party stand-alone VPN. 

Norton 360 Secure VPN needs tray icon/button to indicate VPN connection status.  Just me.
