Norton Genie Scam Protection Pro and Norton Scam Protection Pro are the same product .

The naming can be slightly confusing because Norton uses the terms interchangeably depending on the context:

“Norton Genie Scam Protection Pro”: This name emphasizes the underlying Norton Genie AI technology that powers the features. It is often used in marketing materials and press releases to highlight the AI component.

“Norton Scam Protection Pro”: This is the standard feature name displayed directly within the Norton 360 application interface (e.g., in the dashboard or settings menu) and in support documentation.

Both terms refer to the premium tier of scam protection included in specific plans (like Norton 360 with LifeLock Select, Advantage, and Ultimate Plus, as well as Norton 360 Advanced globally) that adds Safe Call and Safe Email to the standard scam protection features.

Norton Genie Scam Protection Pro coverage is defined per device, not per individual user.
