I’ve had this error for over 3 months. Have performed all actions to correct as suggested and uninstalled and re-installed. Finally able to access the app, but still unable to ‘activate’. When is this going to be corrected? My PC is advising I have no security activated. This is not good!

-What version and build is your Windows install? IE: Windows 10 Home or Pro 22H2 19045.6093 is the latest
-What is your version of Norton 360 and its build? IE: Version 25.6.10221.993 appears to be the latest
Do you have a screenshot of what the notification is regarding you not being protected? If so please post it in a reply.

Windows 11, Norton 360 Deluxe III, Ver 25.6.01211 (build 25.6.10221.948). No screen shot.. I uninstalled & reinstalled today. Can now open, but system is dissallowing me to activate.
Thanks for the post-back. Still getting error -2016? Did you log into your Norton account via a web browser and delete the license for your computer that has the issue? Just trying to make sure that was also done.
