When I open Norton 360 (version 22.23.4.5) interface in Windows there are 2 possibly linked errors.
Firstly I cannot log into my Norton account from the interface, it gives error "cannot connect to the server".
Second may be linked to the first, It is showing 2 messages in the message center but when I open it, there are not any messages.

Removed and reinstalled, carried out a Live Update to ensure the latest version. The envelope is now not showing on the My Norton interface so that has cleared up. I still cannot sign in to my account from the interface, It gives an error as per the attached screen dump.
This isn't too much of a concern as I can log in through the web site. All other functions on the interface work as expected. Unless there is a simple definitive solution for this, I will sign this off as answered.
Have you done the removal and reinstall then verified if the error still persists? Just following up.

I have left it up to 2 minutes and nothing happens.
When I click on Unread Messages it takes a few seconds to populate.

I was hoping to avoid having to remove and reinstall, but suspected I would end up having to. I will probably do it tomorrow and will report back with the result and mark this closed if it works.
Thanks for the post-back. The only other suggestion I have is to remove your Norton product with the Removal Tool, performing a "removal only" using the advanced setting radio button that will appear on your screen. Rebooting fully, then logging back into your Norton account. Download and install your product again. Below is how to accomplish that.

Follow on screen prompts to restart your machine. Afterwards log into your Norton account to reinstall your Norton product and run live updates to install all patches that are available. Make sure you reboot as each patch is installed whether prompted to do so or not. This will ensure the patches are installed separately and completely. Perform a final restart.

I now have 22.23.4.6 after Live Update but nothing has changed. Still have the same problem. I can log in to my account through the website and that also shows the message center as empty.
Hello Bodger65. There has been a new version 22.23.4.6 patch release via Live Updates. Please run LU and restart your device to see if that corrects the issue.
