Detailed description: Norton is interfering with my use of Xfinity. it makes it much more difficult to access my Comcast emails. If I can’t get Norton to stop interfering with Xfinity, I will close my Norton account.

What error message do you get when the emails are blocked?

Are you using a VPN when this is happening? If so and you are using a local email client you can add that client to the VPN Split Tunnel feature. Unable to send or receive emails when connected to Norton VPN You could also try using a different virtual location as noted in that link.
