Norton 360 Standard for Win doesn't have VPN

Issue abstract: Norton 360 doesn’t include VPN

Detailed description: It is said on web page that all Norton 360 plans include VPN but the copy I am using doesn’t.
I reinstalled the latest version it but still no VPN on privacy page. support team says I should use the separate VPN software which I payed for. Why did I needed to pay for VPN anyway when I already had 360?

Product & version number: Norton 360 26.6.11052 (build 26.6.11052.986) + Norton Secure VPN (doesnt have product or version number)

OS details: Win 10

What is the error message you are seeing? I see an error on customer support, not on software.

If you have any supporting screenshots, please add them:

What country are you in? Some localized versions do not have all features.

What level of 360 subscription do you have? ie Standard, Deluxe?

When you reinstalled your 360, did you use the remover tool for the latest 360 versions, using the remove only option?

Hi

I am in Turkey
Using standard 360
I used remove only tool, then I downloaded a new setup file from Norton web and installed that one

Looking at the 360 product features from the Turkey Norton website, there is no indication that the VPN feature is included in any of the 360 offerings.

In fact, I cannot find the standalone VPN offered on that website. You say you paid for a VPN. Was that a non Norton VPN?

Government restrictions appear to be the issue and why Norton isn’t offering the VPN as included in N360 products.

Which VPN still works in Turkey?

AI Overview

In Turkey, government censorship and internet service providers (like Türk Telekom) regularly block standard VPN traffic. To bypass these restrictions, you must use a VPN with obfuscation technology (which hides your VPN use as regular web traffic).

The following premium VPNs consistently work well in Turkey:

  • NordVPN: Highly recommended for Turkey. It features specialized “obfuscated servers” and the NordWhisper protocol, which are purpose-built to bypass extreme government censorship.

  • ExpressVPN: Known for its “Lightway” protocol, which applies automatic obfuscation by default. It is extremely reliable for getting around local blocks.

  • Surfshark

:

A great budget-friendly option that includes a “NoBorders” mode, specifically designed to help users in heavily censored countries connect without detection.

  • ProtonVPN: Preferred by privacy-first users and journalists, it features excellent security and includes physical servers located in Istanbul.

Key tips for success in Turkey:

  • Download before you arrive: The Turkish government frequently blocks VPN websites. It is best to download, install, and test your app before landing in the country.
  • Update your app: Always use the latest version of your chosen VPN, as providers constantly push updates to counteract new ISP blocks.
  • Tweak your protocols: If a standard connection drops, switch your protocol in the VPN settings to OpenVPN (TCP), WireGuard, or the provider’s specific obfuscation/stealth mode

Problem solved

Thank you eveyone

Yes I bought VPN separately but someone from support center said VPN is available just for some users in Turkey, possibly thats why I could buy but cant see any purchase link

And vpn is available inside all Norton 360 plans but not in Turkey said the same person
so apparently, to see this info about turkey on support page, you need to search exactly “which norton 360 plan includes VPN in Turkey”
then you see that it is not included in any plan for Turkey

even if you write “which norton 360 plans include VPN” in turkish, like “Hangi Norton 360 planlarına VPN dahil?”

the answer still says all plans include VPN , but in turkish obviously

Anyway, thank you for all the help everyone
