After a hiatus - trying other security software products - I, as always, end up back at Norton. Big UI features since my last subscription. Pretty decent, user friendly, I think, but what’s up with the “store” being a big part of the UI? Forget that it is ugly, but come on … no matter how much a consumer purchases, you offer - in a very non-subtle fashion - more, always more. One could spend a small fortune on all those products. Once a person purchases your software, I think they deserve some PC peace & quiet. It’s security software that is supposed to protect from these things. That panel in the lower left-hand corner is a complete eye-sore. It looks more like a page out of Dr, Suess’s book, ‘Green Eggs & Ham,’ than part of a security suite’s UI. Please do something about this. Couldn’t you make a tab or innocuous link so that interested buyers of your software “complements” can find it without disgracing the screen? As is, it is a constant nag. We are smart enough to choose the products we need on our own.
