My Subscription is about to run out in a few days, when I try entering the product key and then click "Done", nothing happens. I bought this Norton 360 last year. It was for 3 PC's and I only used it on mines. So I can still use it 2 more times.
And I was comparing Norton 360 to Internet Security and I saw that Norton Internet Security did not have "Automated, all-in-one, set-it-and-forget-it protection". What does that feature do?
And something that confuses me about the two products is that, they both cost $69.99. Doesn't Norton 360 do everything Internet Security does + more? So shouldn't there be a difference in the price?

Hi,
unfortunately the subscriptions do not work this way :(.
When you have a 1-year subscription for 3 PC , it means during the 365 days after you activated the key the first time you can use the key for 2 more machines as well, but after the 365 days are over, you can not activate any more machines with it, however you only used the key for 1 machine.

It means that 360 will do everything for you. Some of these components have been transfered to Norton AntiVirus and Norton Internet Security as well, but the fully automated, for the not techie users, program is Norton 360.

Norton 360 has all the feature that are included in Norton Internet Security + more. 360 is the All-in-one security suite of the Norton products.
The $69.99 prize for 360 is a cheaper one, original prize is $79.99. For Norton Internet Security it's the normal retail prize.
You can purchase your product any where you can find the best price as long as it's a legal version and in the language you want. If you are purchasing the same product, all you have to do is enter the new key a day or two before it expires. If you are going to change Norton products, then you have to use the Norton Removal Tool to completely remove the other product.
You can reinstall the same product on your computer if it becomes necessary to do that as long as your subscription is still valid. It doesn't count as another subscription.
I would most definitely not recommend that you purchase any Norton products or keys from eBay. There have been several people who have come to the Forum after making a purchase of a Norton product thru eBay. When you purchase thru eBay, you do not know for sure if the product is new or has been used. We have seen many people who end up installing a new product only to find that it doesn't activate because the key has already been used.
Another danger with buying it thru eBay is that you are not sure of the language of the product being the one you want. I know they have guarantees and you can check with the sellers. I'm not against using eBay, but just not for things that require keys like games and security products. That's my opinion.
