Norton 360 - Subscription ends 9 months early

Probably should have clarified that... yes, 3pc license.  The SymLMTS program has helped with the subscription problem, i think.  It now says i have the correct time left on my subs.  But, it now has another problem, that may or may not be linked.  It now shows 7 issues with my status, but will not let me fix them.  the only one it will let me fix is the backup, which i don't use. i have tried restarting a couple of times, but with no sucess.

Do you know exactly what the issues are, and if so can you describe them please? Also, when you press 'Fix', what happens?

Hi,

 

Message heading says it all really.  Installed 360 first on my parents computer, then mine about 4-5 days later.  My computer is now asking for a renewal, my parents still has 290 days left on its subscription.  

 

I run XP, theirs is vista.  My computer has always been showing the correct time and date.

 

err....help?

I presume, because you do not say, that you purchased a 3x licence. i.e. good for 3 PC's.

You should start by checking your account status out at Norton Account, here is the link.
