Hello, so i was just wondering as i recently installed Norton 360 on my new computer that i had delivered from currys ( the norton 360 is a "currys" version or w.e it says on the cd thing if that would make any difference..)
but i found that they had mis advertised the computer they sold me and one of the USBs do not work, so it is now in a box getting ready to be sent away, so i was just wondering as i uninstalled norton 360 from that computer if that would still count as one of my PCs, there was something on the uninstaller about subscription but i couldn't access it as i already had uninstalled my wireless,
so yes, will it still count as one of my PCs even though it has been uninstalled?
Thanks.
Since you have uninstalled the Norton product from the computer, you can still install it on another three computers. This will not be counted as one as you have uninstalled it.
While installing the Norton product on the third computer, if you receive the message "exceeded number of allowable installations", contact Technical Support. They will be able to resolve it for you.
