Norton 360 to Norton 360 Multi Device - install

HI THERE,

 

I already have Norton 360 in my computer. I just bought a Norton 360 Multi Device. Did not open box yet. I have 15 days before Norton 360 runs out.

 

Question is this.....

 

Should I take out Norton 360 from computer and then put in Norton 360 Multi Device

 

or can I.....

 

Keep Norton 360 in computer and just install Norton 360 Multi Device

 

or can i just use the product key to renew Norton on my computer.

 

I bought the Norton 360 Multi Device.... becuase it was on sale at Staples. LOL!

If you already have the 360 Premier version, (with 25GB online backup, not the 2GB for the Standard version) , you should be able to just enter the new key for the MD version. If you have the Standard version, you will have to uninstall the old version.

 

Be sure to back up your Identity Safe data if you use that function.

 

Also note that you should wait till you have one or two days remaining on the old subscription, as you will lose any remaining time when you enter the new key.
