From yesterday my norton UI seems like this

i dont know whats wrong..its happening just with norton....

Have you rebooted the computer since this happened?
You haven't done any cleaning up that might have resulted in uninstalling the language characters? Am I right that the language is Turkish?
One solution I think I have seen suggested is to use the Norton Remove & Reinstall Tool which automatically uninstalls, downloads and installs an activated copy of the latest version but hang on in case there is a simpler solution.
yes its turkish.i tryed boot couple times and system restore but didnt work.i will try you solution now...

It is not installed - it is basically a click and run. However it can be saved using the Save As Option. I have a copy saved to my desktop, as well as my Downloads folder.
Glad to hear that resolved it. Something must have gotten corrupted with the original installation.
