The recent update to Norton 360 has killed Norton on both my Win-7 Pro with XP Virtual machine computers. I have tried EVERYTHING on the help menu! I do not think Norton wants these to exist. I am considering going over to McAfee. Is that the only solution? I have done the NPE, NRT, NBRT, etc "solutions" but they don't work. The issue appears to be "The procedure entry point VssFreeSnapshotPropertiesInternal could not be located in the dynamic link library VSSAPI.DLL." I don't think the Symantec developers really understand virtual XP installations. (I have to use XP because my automotive manual only works with XP; they did not make one for Win-7, etc.) Anyone else have this problem?
