Norton 360 update says to uninstall MBAM

I got the prompt to update N360 and accepted and it ran the compatability test and said that malwarybytes antimalware is not compatable.  It is the free MBAM.  I have been running the 2 together for quite a while.  Do I really need to uninstall MBAM?
