Norton will lose a long time customer if they don’t stop the annoying pop-ups!
Issue abstract:
Even when you have all notifications off you still get pop-ups!
Detailed description: All notifications are switched OFF, yet NORTON still pop-ups crap notices all the time. If they don’t fix this a long time customer will go elsewhere once the renewal comes by. Norton SUCKS!

This includes Norton for MacOS as well. Unsubscribed me. I am still waiting for issue to be taken care of. Currently my computer is not protected. What is the use of having the software then. I am just wasting my money.
And they dom’t respond to phone calls. I finally got through but was on hold for one hour today. I finally hung up. But that is exactly what Norton wants us to do. I plan on getting in touch with the federal government and my state government about this. If we all make phone calls on one or more specific days to our congressional members and senate members about the lack of customer support by Norton we would most likely see a change in Norton’s terrible customer support. I am up in years or I would form a consumer group to lobby our federal and state representatives to try to change Norton’s behavior. The Better Business Burerau has gotten numeous complaints in the past year or two, but Norton has not changed their behavior. Is there a younger person reading my comment to lead a group to try to change Norton’s terrible behavior toward customers?
