Issue abstract:
The main Norton 360 UI is a Dialog Window that is not resizable.
Detailed description:
I am using a computer not a small device. The application should present as a normal application, not an app. I am only using a 1920x1080 screen and Norton 360 only uses a small portion of it.
Issues with this include:
- I have to scroll more than necessary
- unlike a normal application with a menu having a help choice that has about in the menu,

there is no help button on the home page -
about is buried under settings -
even worse, because the dialog is a fixed size, on the settings page about is off the right of the windows and requires scrolling just to find it.
I have been using Norton Anti-Virus for about 30 years and in the last ten the interface has become worse by the year. I am about done with it.
