Norton 360 v. 1.3.0.24 activation difficulties

I have had the exact same problem - I have installed a new version of Norton 360 using a DVD (after my previous one run out) but it never asked me to enter a product key.  I can't access "My Account" to enter this, as it is shaded out.  Therefore, it still says I need to renew my subscription, as it has ended.

Can anyone help?

I need a repsonse asap because i am going away on monday for a week, and it says that my subscription is void after 15 days (which runs out while i am away).

Last year I bought and and used Norton 360.  My subscription ran out a few days ago, so I bought a new version of Norton 360 (v. 1.3.0.24).

 

When I went to install the new version of Norton 360, it told me I had to uninstall the old version, so I did, and then I installed the new version.  When I got to the registerstration/activation page, I put in my acount I created last year.  I then got an error message and it took me back to log in page so I did it again. 

 

 When I opened Norton, it said my subscription was exipired that the only option it would give me was to buy a new subscription online, I couldn't even click on "My Account".  I spoke to someone in tech support, and that person said it was currupt to use Norton Removal Tools to uninstall it and then reinstall it.  So I did, with no luck, so I repeated the process again. 

 

This time, I realise it never asked me for my product key, and looking my account it showed only the old version so I decided to repeat the process again but this time create a new account so it wouldn't get confused with the old subscripition.

 

It still did not ask for my product key but it said that the subscription was expired and that the product key was already used on another account a year ago (I dont recall the date, but it was approxamitly when I installed the previous version) 

 

I still cant click on "My Account" on the main screen of norton and I cant find any where to put in the new product key. 

 

Could someone please help me!
