Several weeks ago I had Online Support help fix my Norton 360 installation on my HP Pavilion 500-34 with Win 8.1 Home 64-bit. When the tech did this, he installed v 22 from v 20.
However, yesterday I had another problem (two error codes, now resolved) and had to re-install from my original disk. I am now back to v20 and would like to know how to download the upgrade to v22. I have already run LiveUpdate twice and only my definitions are updated. I still have over 100 days on my subscription remaining.
Ideas?
