I have downloaded N360 V 5. Dell laptop running XP home version3 also Malwarebytes paid version. After the download I ran a full system scan including deleting temp files, disc opt, everything. Twice it has failed with the same problem (or implies it fails)
It can't find a file that is not on my computer. See the attached picture;
I would like to fix this so it doesn't happen again.
This never happened with the version of 360 I had been running before replacement.
A compatability problem has been created by Symantec. I have run Malwarebytes & Norton 360 with no past problems.
I do not want to loose the good things N360 does, like Identity Safe. I also will not give up Malwarebytes, because it catches stuff N360 misses.
What can be done?
