Norton 360 V24 latest update makes interface unusable on 4K PC Monitor

The latest update to Norton 360 V24 makes the user interface unusable on a 4K PC Monitor. Only a fraction of the interface is visible. Useless APP.

Installed Norton 360 using HD monitor and moved to 4K and does not scale

I believe the issue was moving from the initial 1920X1080 display to the 4K display that caused the problem with the new Norton. If Norton is installed on a 4K display originally, it may not be a problem. I just removed and installed an earlier function version. It has now updated to the new version, and it is not a problem.

I found that if I just logged out of my Microsoft login account on the Windows 11 PC and logged in again, this fixed the problem?
