Hello,
So recently I've upgrade Norton 360 3.0 to 4.0 and now every time I restart or reboot my computer, Norton immediately detects "Suspicious.Cloud" right after I log into my laptop. Norton will remove it, but I don't understand why it keeps on occurring. I've included a picture link of what it shows in Norton File Insight. Every time Norton detects the suspicious cloud, Norton always finds it inside "c:\windows\temp" with a file name of "tmp000000xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" where x is random numbers and letters.
This has happened to me for the pass couple of days, but now it's worrying me that it is something more serious. I've include a copy of my hijackthis logfile.

Thank you for reading.
In looking over your HiJackThis log, you may want to take a closer look at this entry:
O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [Launcher] %WINDIR%\SMINST\launcher.exe
It could be related to malware or it could be part of HP recovery software. If you want HiJackThis to remove the entry, just run HJT, check mark the entry and then click on the Fix marked button. HJT will backup everything it changes, so you can reverse the change later if you want.
While the link you provided does say that the threat is a low threat, when I check the Security History, Norton labels it as a high threat. Which one should I believe?
