Norton 360 v5/Outlook 2003 - Can't Download Email

6/27 I retrieved over 100 emails, 6/29 I installed 360 v5, and 6/30 I tried to retrieve my email, but was unable to log on to my ISP POP3 server.  Two ISP technicians unsuccessfully reconfigured my Outlook.  My test mail sends SMTP (port 587, but can't be retrieved (port 110).  I have been assured that the problem is at my end, not at the ISP.  Is this an isolated case?  Any ideas? 

I think Outlook 2003 is no longer supported by Microsoft and you should have either version 2007 or 2010 installed.

Outlook 2003 will be supported until April 8, 2014.
