We have some laptops that will never be connected to the internet running Norton 360 v6.0.0.145.
I have tried to manually update the virus definitions, but the program does not reflect the changes. The message at the end of the update states that a product was found and updated, and the log file backs this up. Log file attached.
The update i downloaded in this case is: 20130113-009-v5i32.exe
One of the laptops is also complaining that the subscription can not be verified. I am thinking that this is the reason it is not updating. Is this about right?
Without connecting the laptop how can i verify the subscription is still active? ( I have a seperate product key for each laptop etc)

Welcome Richard,
Norton anti virus products do not work well, if at all, when they cannot keep in contact with 'home' [the Norton servers].
If the laptops will never be connected to the Internet you would be beter served to have one computer close at hand that is connected and has the necessary software, all current, to scan all of the media that you are considering connecting to the laptops.
