Norton 360 VPN blocks wireless printer

Norton 360 VPN is blocking wireless printing. When I turn off the VPN it works, but when I turn it back on it doesn’t.

Is there a setting I need to review/change/adjust so that my wireless printer will print with the VPN on?

The instructions I’ve found so far don’t match the Norton menus I currently have (25.2.9898). I’m guessing the instructions are for an earlier version of Norton 360.

I checked my settings against those in the link. I didn’t see anything different.

I finally got it to work!

After trying everything on Norton’s site & what I could find on Google, I decided to uninstall the printer & reinstall it with the VPN turned on.

I’ve tested it a few times after rebooting each time & it still worked. Hopefully, it’ll still work going forward.
