Norton 360 VPN no longer working

Hi,

Since Monday 5th December  the VPN feature of Norton 360 no longer works. This is the case no matter which region I select.

This happens with two separate laptops. It only works on my smartphone.

Are there any solutions being scheduled to resolve this? Using the online chat feature does not allow me to speak to anyone other than AI and the options lead me to this community where there are no solutions offered.

Thanks.

I was hoping I could uninstall just the VPN, but it's integrated into the 360 deluxe and is not a separate app... (on Windows 11)
I can't even use a different supplier's VPN, as it is telling me there is one already running - and won't start. Because: Norton's VPN doesn't close down a specific driver as it *should* when not in use. Crazy. And annoying.

Just tried that, as you suggested. Didn't work for me, sadly. Still getting an error.

@CupofT41 I am also facing the same issue.

Hi, I had a issue with my Norton VPN not connecting no matter what region I selected either.

I fixed it by simply right clicking on my Norton360 icon and then selecting run as administrator.

Then it connected to what ever region I wanted it to.

So maybe you could give that a shot if you have not already and see if it's the same issue I was experiencing.

For the chat option. As soon as you can enter information, enter ''agent please" to get out of the chat bot and connected to a human.
