Norton 360 vpn p2p

when I connect to norton 360 vpn p2p it doesnt work and not showing a virtual ip address but when i connect to another country it works ok. Is the p2p currently down? it says N/A in virtual ip address. Iv reinstalled the app and no look its not my internet as i hot spotted my phone to it see if it was my internet.

Has the p2p location ever worked correctly for you? I just tried from Canada and I was connected and saw an IP address listed. What part of the world are you in? Maybe a localized issue.

yes the other locations work. but when i tried the p2p its saying N/A but was working ok yesterday

Probably just a temporary server issue.

Its gone off again saying N/A again maybe its a update issue

As it is going in and out, it is more likely a server issue. Try again tomorrow.

It worked for abit today then when I dissconected from p2p it then said N/A when I tryied to recconect again

As you have already reinstalled, I suggest you send logs to Norton to help diagnose what is happening on your system. From the main 360 screen, click on Settings. If presented, enter your Windows admin credentials in the UAC dialog. Then click on the Troubleshooting tab and scroll down to Enable Debug Logs. Then use your computer until you can get the P2P VPN to not connect. Then go back to the Troubleshooting tab and scroll down to Send Debug Logs. That will open the Norton Support Tool. Fill in the information requested. For Ticket Number, enter “forum user name, your username” Describe the issue you are having, and include a link to this forum thread.

If you do send logs, post back here and I’ll let my Norton contacts know to look for your logs.

Just tried disableing that still says N/A when connecting to p2p. was working ok for abit when i tried it last night but seems to have stopped now

they are working on a hotfix now after norton utilities and norton 360 mobiles hotfix but they is really hard hotfix

Im not useing it on my phone its on my pc
