Norton 360 VPN vs Norton Secure VPN Stand Alone

I have Norton 360 Premium.  It does not have the "torrent-friendly" region option in the Region drop down as apparently exists in the Norton Secure VPN stand alone product.  I have tried selecting several different regions with the 360 VPN, but anytime I start a torrent client, Norton shuts the VPN down.

Q1: Why is the option not there?  If not there now, when will it be (if ever)?

Q2: Is there a region that I can select in 360 VPN that is effectively "torrent-friendly"?

Q3: Can I download the Norton Secure VPN stand alone product and use my existing Norton 360 credentials to use it since the VPN in 360 seems to lack this feature?  If so, how?  When I click on the download link for the stand alone VPN, it downloads the generic installer and tells me Norton 360 is already installed.

Thanks

Thank you.  I used the link you provided to download NSV for Windows and installed it.  I was able to login and use it using the same credentials I have for my 360 Premium subscription.  I was then able to select the "torrent-friendly" region and things seem to work.

1.  Only Norton knows for sure whether this feature might be added to the 360 VPN.

3.  I was able to install both the standalone VPN and 360 with the VPN feature, but that was some time ago now. When you see the message about 360 already installed, is there any links or options to install anyway?  Not sure where you are getting the link for the Standalone, but try this   http://norton.com/nsvwin .    Also note that some users can have strange behaviour with both the standalone and 360 installed.  I have not seen any conflicts, but if you see strange behaviour after installing the standalone, you may have to give up on using both.
