Norton 360 will not allow USB Flash Drive to open

Purchased Norton 360 on the 2 new computers running windows 7 OS 64bit. Both Computers with Norton 360 would not open usb flash drives. Switching Norton Internet Secruity 2011 resolved issue.

- Version of Norton 360 you use, you can find it from Help & Support > About.

- Make of USB drive you use.

- the feature in Norton 360(Auto-Protect/Firewall) which you disabled in order to resolve the problem.
