Norton 360 Will Not Turn On

Hi! I'm having quite the issue here. See, I'm having the generic issue of Norton 360 not turning on, the widget on my desktop being blank, and the action center screaming at me that I don't have any anti-virus running. Thing is, I've tried the fixes detailed in these threads:

And nothing has worked. There hasn't been any change at all. I've tried the Norton Power Eraser, nothing. My computer actually gave me the BSOD on my second attempt with it! Norton uninstall and reinstall claims it cannot find the required version info to function, system restore to almost two weeks ago did nothing except make me loss some progress in ARMA. An uninstall using CCleaner and some manual file hunting also has done nothing.

All of this started after a normal system scan suggested I use Power Eraser to remove a trojan of some description. It went well until the final restart, at which point my computer refused to run Norton 360.
