Downloaded to latest version of Norton 360 however newly installed WIN10 keeps reporting Norton 360 protection is not turned on. Contacted your remote help and the TECH uninstalled then reinstalled Norton 360. All appeared in order, but after the next computer restart WIN10 again began sending alerts that Norton 360, as well as WIN10, security protections were turned off.
I next contacted Microsoft Chat help and was informed that Norton 360 is not compatible with WIN10 and the recommendation was I remove it and only use WIN10 security protections!!
It is disconcerting and somewhat frightening being informed by WIN10 that all your Norton 360 security protections are turned off while on line. Though being reported turned off by WIN10 is Norton 360 still protecting my system?? Is there a solution for this issue other than removing Norton 360?
Please understand that if Norton 360 is not fully compatible with WIN10 I'll have to end our long relationship. I'm not wealthy enough to pay you folks for nothing (smile). What is the real story?
