Norton 360 with Internet Connection Problems

I recently installed Norton 360 on another computer in my house.  This computer has Windows 7.  It has two users on the computer. When we sign in under one user, we have no problem with internet connections.  When sign in under another user, we cannot get any internet.  Does anyone know what may cause this and how I can fix it?  We installed Norton 360 on the main users Windows 7 profile which is the administrator.  I don't know if that makes a different or not.  Thank you for any posts regarding this!!

Let us know the version of Norton 360 you use, you can find it from Help & Support > About.

Are you able to access Norton in other user account?

Can you try disabling Smart Firewall from Norton 360 and check for this problem?
