Norton 360 won't run on MacBook

Issue abstract: Installed Norton 360 on Mac and MacBook. Installation runs fine, but clicking on the Norton app does nothing.

Detailed description: I installed Norton 360 on my MacBook as install 4 of 5. All other installations work fine. I received no errors on the install, but when I click on the Norton icon nothing happens. No errors, but no Norton either. I’ve uninstalled, rebooted, re-installed multiple times with no change in behavior. Any help or ideas greatly appreciated.

OS details: Mac Sonoma 14.6.1

Caveat: I’m not Mac
