Norton 360 won't udate

A few days ago, i ran norton live update but unfortunately a message came up stating that "norton is unable to connect to network proxy server. Please change norton proxy settings" The thing is i don't know how to change the norton proxy settings. I'm using windows XP on my computer. PLEASE HELP

can you please tell us the exact version of your Norton product?
1. Open the main window
2. Click on Help & Support -> About menu
3. On the About window find the version number (it will look like this: 5.1.0.29)
