NortonLifeLock does not officially support Beta n'or Insider builds....as you know.  
Norton may seem to work... but, may not work as officially supported browsers and builds.  

NortonLifeLock Community cannot advise regarding Beta n'or Insider builds.

When leaving the site world winner I check to see if my browser was still google chrome after I sign out of the site and it had been cut off like I never had installed it inside of my Norton protection.  This is the third time this have happen it was shaded out when Norton ask it's customers to install protection. On the internet security in Norton program it was not protected. We need a solution where no one can cut off our internet security from our Norton product. When this happen I have been switch to Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer and not by me because I am on google chrome the only browser I use.

I am on line right now and my Norton 360 is suspended. I first notice my Norton VPN was suspended and when I click on get support that when my Norton was suspended in task manager.

Again today I got ready to leave world winner site and my browser protection was cut off my Microsoft Edge or Windows Internet Explorer. My browser is Google Chrome I never use Microsoft Edge nor Internet explorer for my browser. So please tell me how can they keep tampering with with Norton whenever they want to. And if that is the case they have access to my Norton why is it not free for the people if we are paying for security but everyone can control it except for the one who brought it. They can block customer support any time they don't want you to know what they are doing to the people security from Norton. 

It happen again but this time it want let me open my Norton. Browser protection was switch and cut off from google chrome. And the only other two browsers that is connected to my Norton are Microsoft Edge & Internet Explorer something I don't use. They have to much access to something we are paying for.

Google chrome is my browser which is being disconnect while online in my Norton Security.

It is also possible that as this is a weekend, there are fewer updates than normal. Maybe none released today????

Log into your Norton Account and click on the user icon at the top right. Then click on My Subscriptions. Find your current subscription and click on Manage Licenses. Find the duplicate entry and click the trash can beside one of them. That should free up the activation.

 

 

This new process to activate a product code is not tied to a specific product. Many users here have reported they are asked for the banking details so that Auto Renewal can be set up when trying to activate a new product key. One work around seems to be to contact Norton Support via chat or phone and ask them to add the time on the new product key to your old subscription.

 

So the next time I need to buy a new pre-paid code I'll need to enter bank details? 

Norton Internet Security was already phased out a few years ago, in favour of the new Norton Security product line. The Norton Security product line is now being phased out in favour of the new Norton 360 product line.

Perso je n'ai pas reçu encore cette offre de migration, mais comme mon abonnement arrivait à échéance, j'ai opté pour Norton 360 plutôt que de renouveler mes licences Norton Security. Je ne regrette pas, il s'agit vraiment d'une bonne protection.

 

Les produits sont proches. Norton 360 intègre des fonctions de protection supplémentaires très intéressantes (Safe Cam, Secure VPN...). Et je présume que le produit va continuer à s'enrichir de nouvelles fonctions lors des prochaines mises à jour.

The Norton Security line is being replaced by the 'new' Norton 360 offerings. (currently only in the USA). There is no reason to update until your current subscription expires.

The malware protection features are identical to the current product line. The new 360 offerings include the Norton Secure VPN, and all versions now include some level of online backup storage.
