Issue abstract: VPN element of Norton 360 fails to connect to the network

Detailed description: I have Norton 360 installed on my Home Desktop compter (iMac) which is running on the latest OS. For the last two weeks, the VPN element fails to connect to the Network. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the VPN element, but I still get the same error message.
